in a certain periodical article for example. Please be as specific as possible.

* We'll email you back acknowledging your request and may ask you for further details or clarification.
* You will know that we will work on your request if you receive our acknowledgment within 24 hours from your initial
email.
* We reserve the right to be selective in the requests that we handle and the information we provide you depending on the
resources we have.
* You agree to use the information for educational and research purposes only adhering to your proper method of bibliographic citation and
copyright rules of the publishers.
* We'll email you the answer to your request within five business days.
Charges
* A minimum charge of Canadian dollars ten (CD$10) inclusive. (includes one search
result, scanned and emailed to you).
* You will be emailed the cost before receiving the service if the cost is more than ten Canadian dollars.
* You pay us only after you receive our service.
* In case your request is not fulfilled you will be notified and absolutely no charge
from you will be due.
* If you are not satisfied with the search result contact us and we will waive the cost of the service for you.
* We and you work together on the honour system through this Web site. You trust us to deliver the information in a timely manner.
We trust you with payment in a timely manner. In case of any dispute we try both to solve it. You cannot sue us legally
neither can we sue you.

* We will request payment from you via an invoice through PayPal. You do not have to hold a PayPal account
to pay us through PayPal.
